Expense Reports

Quotify CRM provides three types of expense reports to help you analyze company spending, identify trends, and compare income vs. expenses.


1. 📅 Yearly Expense Report (by Category)

  • Navigation:
    Reports -> Expenses

  • What it shows:
    A full overview of all expenses grouped by year and category (e.g., Marketing, Travel, Subscriptions).

  • Use Case:
    Great for high-level financial tracking and identifying which categories have the highest spend.


2. 🧾 Detailed Expense Report (With Tax Breakdown)

  • Navigation:
    Reports -> Expenses -> Click "Detailed Report" button

  • What it shows:
    Each expense listed with:

    • Expense Name

    • Category

    • Amount

    • Tax

    • Total Tax

    • Linked Customer/Project (if applicable)

  • Filtering Options:

    • By customer

    • By category

    • By date range

  • Use Case:
    Ideal for accountants or finance teams needing itemized reporting with tax tracking.


3. 📈 Expense vs Income Report

  • Navigation:
    Reports -> Expense vs Income

  • What it shows:
    Compares total expenses vs income over a time period, helping assess profitability.

  • Important Note:

    • This report is shown in your base currency only.

    • If you have income or expenses recorded in other currencies, the totals may not be 100% accurate due to exchange rate fluctuations.
