Converting a Proposal to an Estimate or Invoice

If you’ve already created a proposal in Quotify, you can easily convert it into an invoice or estimate without re-entering the information.

🔹 Steps to Convert a Proposal:

Go to the Proposals section.
Locate and select the proposal you want to convert.
On the right side, click the Convert button.
Choose whether to convert the proposal to an:
- 📄 Estimate
- 🧾 Invoice
A popup will appear showing the preview of the new document.
- All items and data from the proposal will be automatically parsed and pre-filled.
Review the information and click Save to complete the conversion.

⚠️ Important Notes:

After conversion:
- The original proposal will be automatically marked as Accepted (if it wasn’t already).
If the proposal is linked to a lead that hasn't been converted to a client:
- You must first convert the lead to a client before proceeding with the conversion.
