To keep accurate records and ensure all project-related billing is properly tracked, it's recommended to generate invoices directly from the project area using the “Invoice Project” button located at the top-right of the project screen.

📝 Tasks to be Billed
Quotify CRM allows you to select specific tasks to include in the invoice.
-
Click on “See tasks that will be billed on this invoice” to review or adjust which tasks should be included.
-
If a task is not completed, it will display a warning message such as:
🔴 “Not Complete” -
If a task has no time logs but is selected for billing, you’ll see a red warning indicating this.
🕒 Tasks with future start dates are unchecked by default, but you may manually include them if needed.
📌 Additional Notes:
-
All billed tasks will be automatically marked as “Finished”, even if they weren't completed before invoicing. No notifications are sent to assigned staff.
-
Once a task has been billed:
-
You cannot restart timers
-
You cannot bill it again
-
If rebilling is necessary, you must recreate the task
-
-
If the customer has a different currency from the system default, the project will use the customer’s currency for the invoice.
