Convert Estimate to Invoice

Quotify CRM allows you to easily convert an approved estimate into an invoice—saving time and keeping your records linked and accurate.

🧾 How to Convert an Estimate to Invoice

  1. Navigate to Sales → Estimates in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the estimate you want to convert.

  3. On the right-hand side of the estimate view, click Convert to Invoice.

  4. Quotify will:

    • Automatically generate a new invoice using the estimate’s data.

    • Link the new invoice to the original estimate for reference.

    • Allow you to make final adjustments before saving or sending the invoice.

💡 You can edit invoice details, add/remove items, adjust taxes, or add payment terms before finalizing.
