Sending Estimates to Customers

Once you’ve created an estimate, Quotify allows you to send it directly to the associated customer via email—along with a downloadable PDF version.


✉️ How to Send the Estimate

  1. Open the Estimate you wish to send.

  2. Click the "Send to Customer" icon or button (usually shown as an envelope).

  3. By default, the Estimate PDF will be attached to the email.

    • To disable PDF attachment, simply uncheck the box labeled "Attach Estimate PDF" before sending.


🔁 Resending the Estimate

If the estimate has already been sent and you send it again:

  • The system will use a different email template specifically for resending.

  • This is useful when a customer requests the estimate again or missed the first one.

You can customize the resend email by navigating to:
Setup → Email Templates → Estimate Already Sent to Client


👥 Recipients

  • By default, all customer contacts who have Estimate permission enabled will be pre-selected as recipients.

  • You can manually add or remove recipients as needed before sending.
