To convert a lead into a customer in Quotify CRM, click on the lead to open its modal window. At the top, click the “Convert to Customer” button.
The conversion modal will appear, and Quotify CRM will automatically fill in key fields such as first name and last name. If there are any custom fields associated with the lead, they will also be displayed. You can choose to merge these fields into the customer profile either as standard database fields or as custom fields. If you opt to merge them as custom fields and the field doesn’t already exist, it will be automatically created.
What happens after converting a lead?
Once a lead is converted, it will automatically be moved to the system status “Customer” (if not already assigned).
In the Leads table, leads marked as “Customer” are hidden by default to avoid cluttering the view. If you want to view these converted leads, simply apply the appropriate filters.
