Quotify CRM allows you to fully customize lead statuses to align with your sales workflow.
To add a new lead status, go to:
Setup → Leads → Statuses, then click “New Lead Status.”
To set a default lead status, navigate to:
Setup → Settings → Leads, and select your Default Status.
This default status will be automatically assigned each time a new lead is created, making the process more efficient and consistent.
System Status in Quotify CRM
By default, Quotify CRM includes a system lead status called “Customer.”
This status is automatically assigned to leads that have been converted into customers. It is primarily used for reporting and tracking, allowing your team to easily identify which leads have completed the conversion process.
