Sending proposal to customer or lead

Once you’ve created the proposal, click the mail icon located on the right side. A popup will appear showing a preview of the email template.

You can insert the proposal link directly into the email, allowing the lead or customer to view the proposal without needing to log in—ideal for both prospects and existing clients.

After the email is sent, the recipient can accept, decline, or leave comments on the proposal. Any actions taken—such as comments or status changes—will trigger notifications in Quotify CRM for both the proposal creator and the assigned sales agent, as well as email alerts.
