How to Configure the Quotify Quote Widget

1. Log In

2. Access the Widget Settings

  • From the dashboard, click "Configure Quotify".

  • Then click on "Settings".

3. Choose a Template

  • A list of Quotify industry templates will appear.

  • Select the template that fits your business or industry.

  • Click "Settings" on the selected template to begin customizing.

⚙️ Widget Configuration Tabs

4. Form Information Tab

  • Under the General section:

    • Rename the Form Name.

    • Select the Default Status for incoming quotes.

    • Assign a Responsible Assignee — this person will receive email notifications for leads or quote requests submitted via the widget.

5. Branding Tab

  • Choose your desired Button Colors.

  • Customize the “Generate Quote” and “Book Appointment” button texts.

6. Pricing Tab

  • Enter your custom product or service pricing to be displayed and calculated in the quote form.

7. Notification Tab

  • Enable or disable Email Notifications for new quote submissions depending on your preferences.

8. Banning Tab

  • Input any phone numbers you wish to block from submitting quote requests through the Quotify Quote Widget.
