How to Generate a QR Code for a Quotify

1. Log In

2. Access Form Settings

  • From the left-hand menu, click “Setup”.

  • Select “Estimate Request”, then click on “Forms”.

3. Select a Form Template

  • A list of templates will appear.

  • Choose the template you want to generate a QR code for, then click “Settings”.

4. Generate QR Code

  • Click on the “QR/Formlink” tab.

  • You will see a “Generate QR Code” button — click it.

5. Download and Use

  • Once generated, the QR code will appear with a Download option.

  • You can download and use the QR code on:

    • Social media

    • Your website

    • Print materials

    • Marketing campaigns
