By default, all tasks related to a project are visible to all project members.
If you want project members to only see tasks they are directly assigned to or following, you can restrict visibility with a simple setting.
🚫 How to Restrict Task Visibility:

Go to Setup → Settings → Tasks

Find the option: “Allow all staff to see all tasks related to projects”

Set this option to NO
⚠️ Important Notes:

Staff members with the “Tasks → View” permission or admin access will still be able to see all tasks, regardless of this setting.

This setting ensures tighter control over task access and improves focus for team members working on large or multi-department projects.
