Assigning Customer Admins in Quotify CRM

If you prefer not to grant full “View Customers” permission to a staff member—but still want them to access specific customers—you can assign them as an admin to individual customers.


How to Assign a Staff Member as Customer Admin:

  1. Open the customer profile in the admin area

  2. Click on the “Customer Admins” tab

  3. Click “Assign Admin”

  4. Select the staff member(s) you want to assign to this customer

  5. Click Save


What Happens Next?

The assigned staff member(s) will now be able to:

  • Access this specific customer’s profile

  • See the Customers menu in their dashboard

…even without being granted global “View Customers” permissions.

This gives you more control over which team members can access which customer data, while keeping visibility limited and secure.
