Enabling or Disabling Customer Registration in Quotify CRM

You can control whether customers are allowed to self-register on your portal.

To enable or disable this feature, go to:
Setup → Settings → Customers → Allow Clients to Register

  • When enabled, customers can register through your main portal URL:
    yourdomain.com/clients/

  • When disabled, only admins can add customers manually from the admin dashboard.


Language Selection for Contacts

When creating or editing a contact, you’ll see a language dropdown. This sets the interface language for that contact while they browse the customer portal.

🔔 Note: This language setting only affects the customer area.
Emails and PDF documents (e.g., invoices, estimates) will still be generated using the default language set in the customer or company profile.
