Generating a General Customer Report in Quotify CRM

ou can generate detailed customer reports using the Reports feature in Quotify CRM.

How to Generate a General Customer Report:

  1. Go to Reports from the main navigation

  2. Select Report Type: Customer

  3. Choose the date range or reporting period

  4. A report including all customers will be generated

  5. Use the search bar to filter and view the report for a specific client


🌐 Multi-Currency Notes:

If your invoices are in multiple currencies, make sure to select the correct currency when generating the report.

By default, reports are shown in your base currency, which is set under:
Setup → Finance → Currencies


📁 Viewing Reports from the Customer Profile

You can also view invoice-related reports directly from the customer’s profile:

  1. Open the Customer Profile

  2. Click on the Invoices tab

  3. Here, you’ll see a breakdown of all related invoices and their statuses
