Once your proposal is ready, click the mail icon on the right side of the screen. This will open a popup preview of the email template.
You can insert the proposal link directly into the email, allowing the lead or customer to view the proposal without needing to log in—a convenient option for both prospects and clients.
What Happens After Sending the Proposal?
After sending:

The recipient (lead or customer) can accept, decline, or leave comments on the proposal.

The creator of the proposal and the assigned sales agent will receive:

An in-app notification inside Quotify CRM

An email alert indicating the action taken (commented, accepted, or declined)
